Self Harm Support

I started self harming around 4 or 5 years ago. Through my own will power and support from friends and TWLOHA (help for people suffering from depression, self harm, eating disorders and other things www.twloha.com) I have managed to stop self harming, and I havent picked up my blade in 6 months.
I just wanted you to know that if you are having suicidal thoughts or are self harming or comtemplating it, although THIS IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL HELP, you can always send me a message and we can talk. I will help as much as I can and can connect you to organisations who will help support you. x
